Others sign for
Hello, I don't know the person who signed for the package, and I asked my neighbors but they didn't receive the package. I have given the seller my personal tax number, personal information, and contact information. If I am not the one who signed for the package, it should be the courier or the seller who did not provide rigorous service. Isn't this the seller's responsibility? And the amount of this order is more than 1,000 euros, why can someone else sign for it?

Mentore1 year agoAsk the courier for the name of the person who picked up the package.
Ask the seller for a copy of their shipping receipt.
Check the code, the recipient's address, and the name of the person who signed the receipt (required for amounts over 550 euros).
If the code, address, and name match, it means that a courier certified that a package with that code was delivered to your address and that you picked it up. In this case, you can only take it up with the courier, reporting them for forgery and starting a signature repudiation procedure.
