Is it possible to get a refund for the discount code after purchase?

Good morning, I bought a washing machine but I wasn’t able to enter the 15 euro discount code no. PSPRNOV24, I’m not very comfortable with the phone keyboard...(euro 419 instead of euro 404). Can I still get it even though I’ve already made the payment? Thank you. Kind regards
