Eight months ago I won an electric scooter auctioned by Marzio222 . I paid what was due and shortly after I received an email from the auctioneer that Evay had posted an auction instead of a Buy It Now. Stunned, I realized that the item I had won was worth much more than what I had paid. I decided to write to the seller telling him I wanted to meet him halfway by paying a bit more. He would not hear of it, insisting it was an error, and told me the item had already been sold on another site. Okay, I gave in; I didn’t have the desire or the time to make a fuss or report him. Today I go on Ebay and see the exact same item for sale, again by the same seller from the auction. Now I waited three weeks for the refund, the **bleep** had always, by mistake, written that he had shipped it, thus stretching out the refund time. Now I wonder and ask how behaviors like this are defined. What do you have to do to get a little justice? I had paid for that item and I was cheated with impunity. I would like to report this seller to Ebay for unfairness. We live in a world where it seems criminals are rewarded more than honest people.
