I use, or rather I’d say I used, the Bartolini courier for deliveries. In the last 2 weeks though, already 2 deliveries have reached the recipients with no contents, that is, with the package empty! What I’m wondering is whether this is a problem that concerns that specific courier or whether it also happens with other couriers, or depends on other reasons like buyers or something else.I’d like to hear the opinions of those who have had similar situations, both about what countermeasures to take and which courier to use.
