Hello. I shipped an item valued at 400 euros. The package arrived at its destination sealed with DHL tape and a checked ok label and a signature. Inside, the lens was found by the buyer damaged, dropped, and not working.I suppose, practically certain, that it was dropped by the DHL employee.I ask. Do I have to reimburse the buyer without eBay doing anything? The shipment was only partially insured. Given DHL's obvious responsibility, what should I do? Thanks a lot
