Package arrived but not updated on eBay and funds blocked
Hello everyone, I’d like to understand whether this happens to everyone or just me. I sent a package to a buyer, and they received it two days later, but on eBay the shipment isn’t being updated and as a result the funds remain blocked. How can I solve the problem.
P.S. the shipping code is correct.

Mentore2 weeks agoLooking at your profile, you fall into the new or not very active seller category, so delivery alone is not enough to unlock the funds.
Unfortunately, the rules are about to change, the old ones are no longer visible (14 days) and the new ones unfortunately are not yet available....
For new private sellers who may be subject to transaction-level holds, we are introducing clear criteria to determine when they can receive funds within 48 hours of payment by the buyer. As your sales history builds up and once these criteria are met, you will generally receive payments faster.
