Package arrived but the pickup code is not available.

Good evening everyone,
here’s my problem, the shipment arrived at the pickup point, from tracking I see it was delivered yesterday .. but the order status is still in preparation...
and I never got any pickup code.
The pickup point refuses to hand it over to me ... RIGHTLY SO .. but how the hell do I get it back??
This is the second time something like this has happened... should we stop using pickup points??

Mentore3 months agoYou should have received an email from eBay with the code at the eBay address registered on your account. Check your spam folders.
You can also ask the seller to send you the code. He knows it, since he put it on the address label.
