Package that doesn't arrive, then it arrives but the item is different

Good evening, I opened a dispute for a package that hadn’t arrived; the next day it arrived, but inside there was a different item.At the moment the dispute for the package not arriving is still open, with the seller’s response to wait for the package to arrive. If I close the dispute now, can I then open another one for a different item, or at that point can’t I open any more?Otherwise, is there a way to convert this into another type of dispute?Thanks and sorry, but in so many years of eBay th...
