Package marked as delivered, never received
my purchase shows as delivered on the official tracking, but I didn't receive anything. I contacted Poste Italiane and they gave me an official statement saying that the package was sent back to the sender, even though it shows as delivered.
I forwarded the statement to the seller, who isn't responding. I wrote to eBay but they say they can't do anything because I had opened a claim through PayPal.
PayPal says that for them eBay's tracking is what counts (ridiculous).
I'm left without the package, while the seller has my money and the package.
Do you have any advice on how to proceed?
