Package marked as delivered but actually delivered to the BRT shipping branch

I shipped a package as a seller to Agrigento with eBay shipping through BRT, taken to a drop-off point to send it from there. In two days the package is marked as delivered to the recipient, but in reality it says delivered to BRT Oristano (shipping branch) and not to the real recipient in Agrigento. I contacted BRT and they told me that the shipping code doesn’t even show up. eBay, on the other hand, isn’t even replying to me. I don’t know what I should do.

All you can do is try contacting whoever sold you the shipment. Packlink?
