Hi, I ordered a gaming laptop, shipping was free and with Bartolini, the seller was nice and helpful, he shipped it the next day (Saturday), he took it to a btrpoint to send it, but it’s been 4 days and it’s still stuck at the btrpoint (Rome), I tried contacting Bartolini support but it says my shipping code is not valid even though I’m sure I entered it correctly, the package should be delivered between November 12/14. What should I do?
