Package delivered to a closed pickup point
Hello, I ordered a mobile phone and chose delivery to a pickup point with GLS. I get a message that the package is ready x pickup and the tracking also shows it as delivered. I go… but the store I chose is closed for vacation!! How did they deliver it?!? To whom?!? It says delivered to that store… do I contact the seller right away? Or does it happen that GLS marks it as delivered and then comes back the next day (the store reopens tomorrow)…

Mentore2 years agoTomorrow go to the pickup point and ask. You have 14 days to collect the package.
