Hi everyone,

I bought an item on eBay and chose delivery to a pickup point. On the order summary page it says the package was delivered to the pickup point on March 12, but I still haven't received any SMS or email with the pickup code. Should I wait, or is it better to go straight to the pickup point and ask?

Also, is there a way to start a live chat with an eBay support agent?
