Hello, according to the parcel tracking on the GLS website, it shows delivered on 04/12/2024 at 12:19With signature confirming pickup by the buyer, but the buyer writes to me today saying they didn't receive anything...Scam? Meanwhile, eBay has held the payment money until the 13th, awaiting positive feedback from the buyer. Any advice; should I start thinking about filing a report with the Carabinieri?Or take other action? Thanks a lot
