Package delivered to another untraceable location
I had ordered a pack of Pokémon cards, shipment number 2IVC0039570543.. It says it was delivered in Catania, without saying to which address.. Nothing has arrived at my home.. Can you resolve this? If so, I would like to be refunded

Post 1 has only delivery confirmation, so if the postal worker has certified delivery, there’s very little to do... you simply need to go to the post office that handles your area and file a complaint with them.
Neither eBay nor the seller will be able to help you.
A bit different if you don’t live in Catania...
