Package delivered in another city

Good evening. On December 18 I placed an order and the next day it was shipped with Posta 1. Today, December 31, the package appears to have been delivered in a city very close to mine. Unfortunately I don't know the address it was delivered to, since from the shipping code I can only see the city and province.
What do you recommend I do? Besides losing the money, it was also a gift, so I am terribly sorry. Thank you for your support.

OP1 year agoI’ve read anyway about several cases where the package showed as delivered but then arrived days later. I hope that’s my case even though the city is wrong, at least in the delivery notification.
In the meantime I contacted the seller, who will inquire at the post office from which they shipped it. However, I remain hopeful that it could arrive in the next few days. Reading about these cases has lifted my spirits a bit. Let’s hope for the best...

Mentore1 year agoI wouldn't rely too much on the city; it could very well be the sorting center where the package was handed over to the mail carrier.
Unfortunately, posta1 is not a particularly reliable service, and mail carriers often leave unattended parcels near the mailboxes.
