Package delivered but buyer won't close the claim
Hello everyone,
The buyer files a claim on eBay for a package not received.
I call the post office and they tell me that the package is at the post office waiting to be collected.
I arrange it with the buyer and he picks up the package and thanks me.
Package delivered.
I ask him to close the claim opened on eBay but he doesn't reply to me... I also updated the shipping details and it shows as delivered. What do I need to do besides this? Does it close automatically??? It's annoying because they blocked my funds but he doesn't close it even though everything has been delivered and he has received the item happily... It's a 0 feedback

Mentore2 years agoIf the buyer does nothing, it will automatically close after 21 days.

OP2 years agoIn fact, now that I replied with the code it tells me that the dispute is waiting for a response from the buyer... Which I think and hope he doesn’t do anything because the code says it has arrived and, moreover, with the messages he’s the one telling me that he came to pick it up and that everything is ok... Let’s hope he doesn’t want to screw me over
