Package delivered but it doesn't show up like that
I sold an item and shipped it the next day, also entering the shipping code. The product has already been delivered, but on eBay it still only shows as shipped. How is that possible? Since I uploaded the tracking code, it should already show as delivered

Mentore3 years agoIf you entered the tracking number correctly along with the carrier’s name, it’s just a matter of time.
If nothing changes, it was probably not entered correctly tracking/carrier... and unfortunately there’s nothing you can do about it, other than contact support and ask if they can help you:
