Package delivered but empty
Hello, I sent a package but the buyer didn't find anything inside. They sent me a video as proof, but the package was already open. I have a video of sealing the package from start to finish. What should I do?

Mentore3 months agoThe video in your possession proves nothing (for all we know you could have filmed the preparation of one package and then shipped a second empty one).
So you will be forced to compensate the buyer.
If the buyer correctly reported the situation at the time of delivery, you can try to seek recourse against whoever sold you the shipping label.
