Package delivered, package not arrived

Good morning everyone. On January 9 I sent a package to a buyer via Poste Italiane, to a Poste point.
I insured the package through eBay.
Poste claims it delivered it on the afternoon of the 10th (the tracking shows it), but the pickup point did not receive it.
Obviously, after a few days, the buyer opens a refund request. I provided all the relevant information.
How can I make use, if the package does not turn up, of the insurance taken out on the package through eBay?
One last thing, is there a toll-free number to speak with an eBay operator?

Mentore1 year agoEbay has nothing to do with it, you bought the shipping from Packlink.

OP1 year agoIn the meantime, thanks for the reply. I submitted a complaint to paclink, who also asked me how many freckles I have. They'll let me know if and when they'll reimburse me, and moreover if they do reimburse me, it will never be for the amount of the package's value. The final insult is that ebay even asked me for its selling fee... I think I won't be needing these gentlemen anymore!!!
