Hi, how do you handle it if the recipient says the package never arrived, and the courier says by email that it was delivered, and the tracking also says it was delivered? I contacted Brt since they’re notorious for deliveries and lost packages, but they claim they delivered it. The recipient has rightly filed a complaint with eBay, and is putting pressure on me for a refund.
