Package from the United States USPS - DHL
Hello everyone,
I recently bought an item through this platform, shipped from the United States.
From what I understand, the package is first sent via USPS to a DHL center, which then handles the onward shipping in Italy.
However, I have some doubts.
Does DHL act as an intermediary between the USA and EUROPE, or does DHL deliver all the way to Italy?
Also, when the package arrives in Italy, is it subject to customs or not?

Mentore5 months agoThe package is of course subject to customs. You may have paid the customs fees in advance or you will pay them on arrival, but that was written in the listing.
In general, these packages are handed over to Poste Italiane when they leave customs and delivered (depending on size) by SDA or Poste.

Honestly, I don’t remember whether customs were included when I made the purchase, and checking the listing again, it’s not mentioned.
Where can I find this information?
