Package from Japan (still being processed at the international exchange center)

Hello everyone, the estimated delivery date is by February 19, so there’s still plenty of time, but I was wondering if it was normal that the package was still being processed at the Japan international exchange center since January 10 now. I’m asking because usually after 5 days at most (from my past experiences) the status would update after the current status line. Is this normal or should I brace myself for problems? €133 package, free shipping from a very large seller with only positive feedback, so I think they did the paperwork right, it wasn’t an inexperienced private seller.

From the departure date, up to 40 days are expected for arrival in Italy. So it probably isn't an express shipping service and will take longer, including the customs clearance steps.
