If they gave you the shipping code, you need to check its status directly on the courier’s website... but if the estimated delivery date is February 21, I’m afraid they’re using the usual cheap postal service...
I also wanted to clarify, to avoid unpleasant misunderstandings and hoping the phone works for a long time, that by buying from a Chinese seller you get a phone with no warranty.
