Package from England - Evri courier
Hi everyone, on March 3 I bought an item from England that was shipped the same day by the seller... on March 7 I received an email from Evri Hermes courier with the tracking and on March 8 I saw that the package shows as delivered at 7 in the morning to me with this address:
Delivered to
M.M. (my first and last name)
GSP Unit 3 Dove CL Fradley Pk
LICHFIELD
Staffordshire
Starting from the assumption that I live in Italy and, obviously, I received nothing... I tried contacting the seller twice and they replied twice in the same way (automatic message) saying that the package was handed over directly to eBay UK so to contact them directly. I can't get in touch with them also because on eBay's site the package is supposed to arrive on March 21 and online I read terrible reviews about Evri International.
Does anyone have experiences similar to mine? Thanks!

Mentore3 years agoYou purchased using the GSP (Global Shipping Program) managed by ebay... so the delivery took place at the Pitney Bowes facility... now you simply need to wait for it to be shipped to Italy after the customs procedures are completed.

Mentore3 years agoYou’ll receive a tracking number like UPAA........ that you can track on Pitney Bowes or on another search engine like https://www.17track.net/it

Mentore3 years agoExactly... as Mario already told you... then when it gets to Italy, it will be handed over to a national courier and in theory the tracking should change... national!
