Package destroyed
My shipped package was destroyed.
InPost tells me that I have to turn to eBay because they bought my label.
eBay tells me the opposite. In the meantime, eBay not only reimbursed the buyer, but also charged me some costs.
What should I do?

Mentore3 weeks agoYou need to contact whoever sold you the label (directly eBay Shipping or Packlink on eBay) and check whether insurance is included in the price.
In any case, I should warn you that they’ll blame you for using insufficient packaging.
