Package held in customs from Japan?
Hello everyone, three weeks ago I bought an action figure from a Japanese seller for 75 euros. Looking at the tracking, I noticed wording I had never come across in other tracking updates. Since I’ve never had packages held up in customs, I wouldn’t know how to proceed. Does anyone know what these phrases might mean? The package has been stuck for 5 days in Milano Roserio… thanks a lot
