Good morning, I bought a hat in Albania and for 14 days the shipment tracking has been telling me it is stopped for customs checks and that I need to contact Other, I tried on Google, but I couldn't find anything. What do I need to do to get it delivered? Thanks, talk soon.

Other... means something else... so a "courier" that doesn't exist.

You just have to wait, if there are any problems they will contact you... somehow!
