Good morning everyone, I’m asking since I have no experience with this.
I shipped the package to the buyer the day after they completed the purchase.
Tracked shipment, I see that the first 2 delivery attempts were unsuccessful because the buyer wasn’t at home.
Now the package has been held at the post office for 5 days, the buyer no longer responds to me and I have no idea how this will turn out. How long does it stay there? if it were to come back, would all the costs be on me? do I have no protection at all?
I had shipped it precisely and on time and the buyer had also confirmed that they had seen the first delivery attempt made.

Mentore5 months agoTheoretically, for you it’s as if the package had been delivered.
In the event of return to sender, keep in mind that you have been paid and the goods are the property of the buyer. It’s up to him to decide whether to pay for a new shipment or accept a partial refund equal to just the price of the item.
