Package held due to no name on the intercom
Hello, I was waiting for a package at my new home, but due to my oversight I noticed that my name was missing from the intercom, so now the package is being held and to release it I would need the release code, which in theory should be provided to me by eBay. Yesterday I contacted customer support and they were unable to give me the release code. What should I do?

eBay did not ship you anything, at most the seller did... if the package is being held, just go to the courier's office with the tracking number and pick it up.
Remember that if it is returned to the sender, you will not be able to claim any refund, and at most pay for a new shipment in order to receive it.
