Hello, I shipped an order and the order has been in transit for days
This morning eBay refunded the buyer
After reviewing the dispute, we decided to issue a full refund in favor of the buyer.
We did not receive valid proof of delivery from you. Sellers must provide the shipping tracking code showing that the item was delivered to the address indicated in the order details. Some orders also require a signature upon delivery.
I provided the shipping code but I may not be able to prove that the package was delivered because it still shows as in transit
On the order details page it shows refunded and the shipping code still shows in transit
