HI, THEY ARE TRYING TO DELIVER A PACKAGE TO ME FROM AMERICA AND IN ITALY IT WAS HANDLED BY GLS....HOW CAN I GET THE SHIPPING NUMBER? ON EBAY I CAN SEE THE AMERICAN ONE...AND SO I CAN'T GET GLS TO FOLLOW IT UP

That is, the Pitney Bowes code, which uses GLS as its partner in Italy. Anyway, if you try contacting the GLS logistics center near you, maybe they can also help you with the international code.
