A package sent to an FP in Turin with code ECP correctly indicated was refused because it was too big.
The package weighed 5 kg and was 70 x 60 x 40
Why was it refused?
Can you help me?

There are size limits you should have known before using a Fermo Point... you can find all the information on their website:

Your parcel had dimensions of 110 cm (short side + long side)... that's why it was rejected!
Kind regards.
