Italy-Italy package not arrived after a month
Hello everyone,
Unfortunately this is the second time I’ve had to ask for advice about the same shipment.
It’s now been a month since a non-trackable package was shipped; I’m in Milan and the seller also shipped from Italy, so it seems absurd that it’s taking this long. I have no reason to doubt the seller, who has only positive feedback, but given my countless bad experiences with couriers, I fear they may have lost the package instead. The point is that the day after tomorrow I’m leaving for vacation (where, among other things, I had wanted to bring this camera), and the 10th will be the last useful day to ask for a refund, since I have 30 days from the maximum expected delivery date (it was June 6-10). So would you advise me to ask for a refund now so I don’t lose the money and then make a bank transfer to the seller in case the package arrives when I’m back from vacation? Unfortunately, I don’t even know how long it would be held at the depot if I’m still on vacation when it arrives; I never would have imagined it would take this long.
