Package never received
Hello, it's still me, Mr. Maurizio Antonini from Rome. Since I never received the package I ordered because I was told that the address was incomplete, which is not true, because I have been an EBAY customer for years and I normally receive packages at this address .....can someone tell me what I have to do????? TO TOP IT ALL OFF, I PAID FOR IT anyway and I was in a certain hurry .....please, someone give me an answer THANK YOU

if the package has been returned to the sender you need to ask for their cooperation, you need to carefully verify that the address given to the seller is correct, request a copy of the waybill to understand who made the mistake... so that the person responsible pays for the new shipment.
Also make sure that your name and street number are clearly visible at your address.
The fact that you have been an eBay customer for years does not exempt you from issues of this kind, since the sellers are different and they are the ones who ship... not eBay!

OP3 years agoI contacted the seller and he told me that he wants nothing to do with the fact that he had to pay the shipping costs to send the package back to the sender, moreover at my address the package never arrived even though I had provided my full address in every part ........... .

Mentore3 years agoDid you do what Sika told you? Did you get a copy of the waybill?
Without that, neither you nor eBay will ever know whose responsibility the mix-up was.
If the address on the waybill matches the one you registered on eBay, the seller is not at fault and you'll have to deal only with the carrier.
If the address was entered incorrectly or incompletely, you can ask eBay for help to get a refund from the seller.
