Package never received from Italian tracks
Hi, I’ve been waiting for a package sent by Posta 1 since January 10, and today is January 31. On Poste Italiane it still shows as being processed. Has anyone had the same problem as me? Should I still have hope, or has it been lost or misplaced? Thanks

Mentore2 years agoI’d lean more toward the second option... but with the "Italian Tracks" you can never be sure.
In any case, if the estimated delivery date has already passed and it’s been less than 30 days since it expired, I’d open a report:

Open the refund request process right away.

OP2 years agoRefund received. As of today, 31 days and it still hadn't arrived. I asked the mailman and he told me it can also arrive late. By now I've lost hope 😏
