Package tampered with by the courier
hello everyone, I should mention this is the first time this has happened to me..
I sent a package to Germany with Bartolini, the customer says that their package was tampered with and that the item they bought is missing (100 ml Perfume).
I forwarded the problem to the service handling the shipment (Packlink) and I am waiting for a response.
How should I deal with the customer? who would like me to send the perfume again?
