Package not delivered
Good evening, I made a purchase and later changed the delivery destination to a Poste point for the convenience of pickup. Unfortunately, the Poste point seems to be closed until 31/8. Even though the home address was also listed, Poste tells me that the courier will make two delivery attempts to the Poste point and then the package will be returned to the sender. Does anyone know how to give me some guidance to resolve the situation? Thanks in advance

Mentore1 year agoIt can’t be resolved.
Maybe you can hope that it stays in storage for a few days and that you can collect the package at the post office or SDA.
If it gets returned to the sender, you’ll have to pay for a second shipment.
