Package not delivered
Hello everyone.
I sent a package with eBay shipping.
The package was not delivered because of an incomplete address ( house number ).
The package is now being sent back.
Once it arrives, can I send it again with the same purchased label corrected? Or do I need to buy another one?

Mentore2 weeks agoIf eBay gave you the address with the street number and you left it out, you’ll have to send it again at your own expense.
If the address eBay gave you was missing the street number, you need to contact the buyer and tell them that the address registered on their eBay account is missing the street number and that’s why delivery wasn’t possible. At this point it’s up to them to decide whether to pay for a new shipment or take a partial refund minus the label that you’ve already paid for.
