Package not delivered to the pickup point

Hi guys, I have a problem, the post office didn’t deliver any package to the pickup point, but on the tracking they say the package is available for pickup (obviously impossible and not even true). What should I do now? The seller isn’t helping because they’re relying on the parcel tracking, and apparently by reporting this I’ve blocked the credit (and I wouldn’t know how to unlock it), what do I do? Call Poste Italiane? Contact eBay? And if I contact eBay, is my only solution a return? Above all, how do I unlock the credit if this drags on too long?

Mentore1 year agoA return is not an option if the package hasn’t been delivered to you first.
Before unlocking the payment by closing the dispute, check a few things that don’t add up:

OP1 year agoHello, so the package hasn’t arrived, at least it hadn’t arrived yesterday, and the tracking says it’s been available for pickup since December 2, and I already asked the pickup point for an explanation, and they only received a receipt.
But the seller sent me the receipt, and apparently it’s a registered letter, so I think I need to do the authorization. Is how to do the authorization explained in the link you sent me too, or could you direct me to a page that explains it? Thanks for the help, and I hope it gets sorted out this way.

Mentore1 year agoIt's not possible. Fermopoint clearly says that it does not accept registered mail. The seller made a mistake.
Now, to try to sort things out, you need to get the registered mail receipt (the one they gave to the Fermopoint) and use it to go to the post office to pick up the package.
