Hi,I sold a One Piece box, shipped it correctly, but after 10 days the buyer reported that the package still hadn't arrived, even though they had spoken with the courier, who had tried to deliver the package to the wrong area. They also reported that they would try again to deliver it the next day. After another two weeks the package still hadn't been delivered, and the buyer got a full refund while I have received neither my package back nor the payment.What should I do?Thanks in advance.
