Package not received

hello, I have bought packages from Ebay several times from America, but this time it didn’t arrive, on the tracking it shows undeliverable due to an incorrect address, so it was returned to the sender, the problem is that the last update shows delivered, but not to me, instead it shows it arrived at 1 in the morning in Radgau, I assume that is Ebay’s shipping center, I opened the dispute, but they don’t intend to reimburse me saying that it shows as delivered to them, how is it possible that they can’t see the tracking route, has this happened to anyone? how should I handle it?

Mentore6 months agoRadgau is a German city and I think it has nothing to do with eBay.
If it shows as delivered, obviously they can't reimburse you.
If the shipment was direct, the best thing would be to ask for a copy of the seller's shipping receipt and check the code and address to see whether it's a seller or courier error. With this documentation you can try talking to eBay again (or if they have already closed the case, you can try to appeal).
If instead the shipment was handled by eBay (international shipping program), they entered the address, so things will be much more complicated. You can still point out that the city of Radgau does not match your address.
