Package not received
Good evening, I made a purchase but I never received the package because the address was deemed insufficient (I’ve always received previous packages) I opened a dispute for an item not received.
Ebay replied that I will not receive any refund for the item that was returned to the sender; basically I lost the money for the item and the shipping, does this procedure seem normal to you to you?
How should I handle this?
It seems to me that I suffered a loss with no responsibility on my part.
I look forward to your helpful opinion.

Mentore2 years agoAre you sure the address you entered when you registered is correct?
Anyway, if the package has been returned to the seller now, you need to contact them and hope they’ll send it back to you if you pay for shipping again.

OP2 years agoI have been registered since 2010 and I have 94 positive feedbacks (100%) I've never had a problem with buying or selling. This week too I received 2 packages from 2 different users always to the same address, so it is likely an error by Italian Post, which considered my shipping address insufficient, but what surprises me most is that eBay fully sided with the seller and did not take any other possibility into consideration. They declared the dispute closed and told me I have no guarantee whatsoever, so the item is back in the seller's hands, no refund, sorry but I really don't know what to think 🤷♂️
