hi, about a month ago I sold an item, shipped immediately with BRT courier via eBay shipping, the buyer was absent and did not collect the package.the package was held in storage and later returned to me.I have never had any contact with the customer, who has not reached out even to ask for their shipment to be sent again....how should I handle this?if they were rightly to request a new shipment, how can I charge them for it?the original shipment was free because it was included in the item's cost.should I wait for a request from them? or should I act first by contacting eBay support? thanks.
