Package lost by the post office, zero protection
Package shipped with the post office got lost. Ebay refunds the buyer 100 percent. I lost money and material. I find this deeply unfair. After years and years of activity here. I didn't think so. A 50/50 solution seemed much fairer to me. The risk is on both sides and the fault is a third party's. After this, I'm bitter but I'll leave Ebay. Enough. Too many risks and protection only for buyers

They will always exist for every remote transaction and on any platform.
