Lost parcel, Packlink is asking for an invoice for reimbursement. What should I do?
Hello everyone, I shipped a package with BRT on 14/10 and on 16/10 it was out for delivery. Since that day there has been no more news, the buyer contacted BRT by email and they replied that they could no longer find the package in the warehouse. After 15 days they refunded him and I had the standard €35 insurance and I filed a claim with PackLink, but they’re asking me for the purchase/sale invoice, which I don’t know where to find. But shouldn’t eBay handle these things, since the labels are purchased within the platform? Thanks to anyone who can help me 🙏🏻

Mentore1 year agoEbay didn't sell you anything or ship you anything.
You bought the label from Packlink, which is a partner of ebay.
So if they ask you for the purchase invoice you have to provide it; if you don't have it, you can't use the insurance... it's written anyway in the insurance terms of use... after all, with what document would you be able to prove the value of the shipped item?
