Good evening, I hope you can help me understand what I need to do in this situation. It's the first time I've sold an item on ebay, I packed it properly and shipped the goods with Poste Italiane, who came to pick up the package from my home. The expected delivery date was set between April 2 and 4, as of today the package is still being processed and since March 3 there have been no further updates. The customer who was waiting for the package opened a report on ebay also because otherwise tomorrow the funds would have been released and rightly he hasn't received anything yet. In this case what can I do? In this case what should I expect? Thanks.
