Package returned to sender
Hello, on November 10 I sent the parcel to a postal center in Giugliano in Campania (Na). On November 15 the tracking shows “Being processed at the Postal Operations Center - Giugliano in Campania”. That same day it shows “in transit at the Postal Operations Center - Giugliano in Campania”. On November 18 it shows “Returning to sender”. The buyer sent me a message to ask what had happened to the parcel. I would like to know: Is it the buyer’s fault for not collecting the parcel, or did it not arrive at the pickup Postal Center?
