Package returned to the seller

I sent back the items I bought because they were not compatible replacement parts, printing the label through eBay and using Poste Italiane courier, destination Parma. The return package has been stuck for 20 days at the Bologna HUB. I opened a complaint with Poste Italiane, but the parcel is not moving from the SMA center, and eBay is not helping me in this case. What should I do?

If you have opened the proper procedure on eBay, ask for their help:
