Package returned to the seller but not refunded
I sent the product back, purchased after the seller sent the courier directly to my home, but I didn't get the tracking number, even though I'm sure the package has already arrived at the seller, who isn't replying to me
what can I do ?

Mentore1 year agoWhen the courier picks it up at home, even on the seller's behalf, they must leave a copy of the waybill.
Without proof that you have made the return, you are in the seller's hands.
